To be eligible:

The product must be unused and in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
A clear opening/unboxing video is mandatory for all damage, missing, or wrong item claims
Requests made without prior approval will not be accepted

Important: Refunds are not provided. Only eligible exchanges are permitted as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

Sale items and gift cards are non-exchangeable unless received in a defective condition.
