Return & Exchange Policy

At ANOENA we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered. However, we do provide exchange only in case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received, subject to the conditions below.

Exchange Eligibility

An exchange will be accepted only if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible for an exchange:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
All original tags and packaging must be intact
You must provide proof of purchase
A clear opening/unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange request

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To claim an exchange for a defective, damaged, missing, or wrong item, a proper opening/unboxing video is compulsory.

Please ensure that:

The video starts before opening the package
The package label is clearly visible
The item and issue are clearly shown in the video

Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

No Returns / No Refunds

Please note the following:

We do not accept returns for change of mind, size issues, or preference-based reasons
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances
We provide exchange only for eligible defective/damaged/wrong items reported within the specified time period

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchange requests for:

Products reported after 7 days of delivery
Items without a valid opening/unboxing video
Used, washed, worn, or damaged items caused after delivery
Items without original tags or packaging
Sale items, gift cards, personalized/custom-made products, and personal care items unless they are received in damaged/defective condition
